This butter-rich scrub smells like a lovely shot of espresso in the morning & is beneficial not only to exfoliate & moisturise your skin but thanks to the shea butter & caffeine present, may also assist with toning skin & smoothing the appearance of cellulite & leaves the skin wonderfully soft.  Woo-hoo!
 
The scrub is made in convenient single-use disks to use each time.
*One disk is usually enough to use for your whole body*
 
Take a piece of scrub, jump into the shower or tub, I find the shower is best, get wet & gently massage in a circular motion toward the heart, giving a little extra love and attention to any dry, rough, dimpled, and wobbly bits.
Add a little more water to turn it into a creamy lotion, & massage once again before rinsing.
(No need to moisturise after! & it won't leave your skin feeling greasy.)

Recommendations:
Avoid the face and any delicate areas.
Avoid use on broken skin.
Take enough scrub out of the bag before getting wet, one large disk should be enough for the whole body or half size for just arms & legs.
Re-seal the ziplock to keep any water out of the bag, thus giving your scrub a longer life.
